Abstract

Structure of the solar neighborhoods (ten parsecs space, Local stellar system and the Gould Belt), their place in the Galaxy and the distance from its center are analyzed. For the region within 10 pc from the Sun, except the stellar component, the contents of extrasolar planets and protoplanetary disks are presented. The catalogues of closest to Sun stars and substars that are compiled based on the results of ground-based and cosmic (HIPPARCOS) missions in the optical and infrared wavelengths range are considered.

Keywords: stars; substars; solar neighborhoods
